Customer Contact
Responding promptly and making reasonable follow-up attempts.
Site Visits
Attending agreed appointments professionally and on time.
Quotations

RUN THE PROJECT
HOMIO GENERATES THE OPPORTUNITY. YOU RUN THE PROJECT.
It is important to understand the division of responsibilities.
HOMIO
Customer acquisition & lead generation
- Generates potential customers
- Qualifies enquiries
- Refers potential customers
- Provides relevant customer information
- Manages the lead-generation relationship
PARTNER
Sales & renovation delivery
- Contacts customer
- Conducts consultation
- Visits property where appropriate
- Prepares quotation
- Signs renovation contract
- Collects payment from customer
- Manages renovation
- Handles workmanship
- Handles complaints
- Handles warranties
- Handles after-sales
The renovation contract is directly between the Partner and the customer. Homio acts
as a lead generation and referral service.
IMPORTANT: A LEAD IS AN OPPORTUNITY, NOT A GUARANTEED SALE
Homio generates and qualifies potential customers, but the final decision belongs to the homeowner.
A customer may:
- Request several quotations
- Change their requirements
- Change their budget
- Delay the project
- Decide not to proceed
- Select another contractor
For this reason, Partners are expected to respond promptly and make reasonable follow-up attempts.
The Partner is responsible for its own sales process and quotation.
partner guidelines
WHAT COUNTS AS A HOMIO CUSTOMER?
A customer introduced or generated by Homio is considered a Homio Customer.
The Partner must not intentionally bypass, redirect or otherwise circumvent Homio to avoid paying the agreed commission.
If a Homio Customer subsequently contracts with the Partner for the same or substantially similar project, the 10% commission remains payable.
Examples
- Homio sends a homeowner to your company.
- You provide a quotation.
- The homeowner does not immediately proceed.
- Several weeks later, the homeowner contacts your company directly and accepts a quotation for the same or substantially similar project.
Because the customer originated through Homio, the applicable commission remains payable under the Partner Agreement.
PROJECT VALUE
WHAT IF THE PROJECT VALUE CHANGES?
The commission is based on the final agreed project value excluding VAT.
If the scope of the project changes, the final project value should reflect the agreed
additional works, upgrades or variations forming part of that project.
Example
Initial quotation:
€11,000
Customer adds:
€2,500
Final agreed project:
€13,500
Homio commission:
€1,350
The Partner should notify Homio when the customer accepts the quotation and
provide the final agreed project value.
when to pay
WHEN DO YOU PAY?
The process is straightforward.
Customer accepts your quotation.
You notify Homio.
You provide the final agreed project value.
Homio issues the commission invoice.
Commission is paid within 7 days of the invoice.
